The American Reality
2001 didn't last, you notice that? It began like it wouldn't finish, but it did. We went right into another year, equally as kind, compassionate, and merciful as the last. A little more, a little less, that's it. We live in moderate times where apathy explodes. What varies from moderation will be dismissed by same. If allowed to continue with no interest for change, history will mean nothing and become nothing.
Just as we do, history needs a reason. Or do we need a reason for history? Is it both? Neither? No need to continue this, the answer will come too soon for an adequate discussion.
"Reality kills history after killing self."
Icons seize thought, forcing destinations. Humans obtain knowledge they don't want. Politicians show no concern for a place in history. Reality saw to that by offing itself, eliminating any need for history or leftovers. With no reality, history dies. This is where we stand, folks.
No expectations for honest government, American history stops recording. This is acceptable to us. We allow this. Does America ever tell the truth? Well, why the hell should it? By now, no one in the world believes what we say, though it certainly understands what we do. The words we choose, before, during, and after our actions, are planned lies that age quickly into obvious transparency.
